Future Forward is a global mentorship initiative focused on young girls with an interest in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM). Our mission is to connect 500 girls across 8 countries with professional female mentors, hands-on STEM camps, and fully sponsored access to online certifications and educational resources.

The gender gap in tech and science remains staggering — and we’re here to change that. With $100,000, Hoops Back Foundation will fund mentorship pairings, build localized resource hubs, and cover training kits and devices for every participant.
